Teacher For A DayBy admin on May 23, 2009 | 2 Comments
When it comes down to organizing your quality assurance training , there is no reason to pull out all of your hair. Indeed, so long as you are familiar with all of the qualities that you want your employees to possess, you are not going to run into any serious obstacles when it comes down to do your training. If you are unfamiliar with the process of QA training, then this article will, with any luck, provide you with a little bit of helpful direction.
First of all, you are going to have to make sure that role plays make their way into quality assurance training . Because it is so important that your employees maintain their secrecy when they are calling around, you are going to want to get them prepared to create their own, realistic call scenarios. This, of course, can be a rather fun part of the training process. Indeed, as you are teaching them how to come up with their own scenarios, be sure that you emphasize the importance of creativity. Communicate to them that they are more than welcome to come up with fun scenarios, so long as they are believable and within reason. Emphasize that they should come up with a believable name, a believable story, and a believable amount of belongings to store, and set them loose.
Of course, if they have any trouble with coming up with their own scenarios, then there are a number of tools that you can bring into your QA training session. Be sure, here, that you are shedding light upon internet mapping tools. These tools, of course, are going to make it incredibly easy for your new employees to pretend that they have an intimate knowledge of the area. With these tools, they are going to be able to check for nearby landmarks, find apartment complexes, and the like. If they are particularly motivated, they can even get directions to the facility from the fake address that they choose, and from there, pretend that they are very familiar with the area. If they can come up with this many details during their QA training session, then you know that they are going to be very strong employees, indeed.
Of course, you are going to want to move on eventually, having them take a few of their own calls. They cannot, after all, stay in QA training forever. While they are placing their very first phone calls, you are going to want to make sure that they are not giving away their true identities as shoppers. You are going to want to listen to their calls very carefully, offering advice whenever you deem it necessary. Of course, you are going to want to be sure to pull their call immediately when they are done. Listen to the call with them, highlighting any of the mistakes that they may have made. This, time and time again, has proven to be the very best system.
Of course, when you set out to begin your quality assurance training session, know that there are many helpful resources for trainers on the internet. If you want any examples of bad calls or bad shoppers, then the internet is not going to put you at a loss for finding them. Be sure, here, that you are making the most of these resources, and your training class will be both productive and fun.
