Sam had been saving up for a year to buy a brand new fishing boat. Since he was a little boy Sam had loved to go fishing with his grandpa on the weekends. It was some of the greatest times in his life, and although his grandpa did not say much just being around him Sam was able to see how a man should act. They always stopped by the edge of the lake in the spring time when they were leaving to pick some flowers for grandma. When grandpa and he would get home from their fishing trips they made sure they took their muddy boots off at the door, or grandma was liable to chase them out with her kitchen towel out of her house.

Now that Sam was grown he was looking forward to taking the boats out on his own and maybe someday if the lord willed it he would have a son or daughter of his own to take out on the lake with him. He could not think of many things that would make him happier. Of course they would have to bring some flowers back for mom.

When Sam had almost all of the money saved up that he needed to buy a boat he contacted the St. Hubert storage unit that he had found when he began to look into buying a boat for himself. He quickly realized that he did not have enough space to keep the boat that he wanted in his garage and so he looked into his St. Hubert storage options.

Of course they could not hold a spot open for him so he hoped that the St. Hubert storage location that he really liked still had an opening for him. A week before he went to buy his boat he called and he was so happy when they still had an opening. He now had a place to keep his most prized possession.

When Saturday came around and he got all the money together from his savings account that he had been saving so hard he went down to the shop that had his boat for sale and paid for it. He immediately went down to the lake and spent the day fishing. At the end of the day he drove over to his St. Hubert storage unit and put his boat safely away. It had been a long year of saving but it was all worth it in the end.
