For many of us, we have ventured into an establishment that has been high pressured sales. Some of the people shopping in there like the fact that there is someone who will take control, and lead them throughout the whole process.  On the other hand there are people who just like to browse and ask questions if they have any. It is not always easy to get a super sales person to get off your back in a store environment because they really want to help. Now the question that a manager should ask is if the caller has any priorities or requirements that they need for them to cover. That question could really set up the rest of the interaction if done correctly.

Most of the time a customer can sniff out if the manager has their own agenda and does not care to much about theirs. The fact of the matter is that the manager does have an agenda and it is quite clear. They want you to rent from their storage facility. They are being sincere and asking you what your priorities are when finding the right location for you to store. They want your business and that is not a secret. The only secret is what the caller or customer truly wants out of a Laval storage facility. Sometimes the answers are pretty generic and basic, other times the manager might have to work. All in all, the customer will keep this facility in their mind for as long as they might need storage.
