Things that are used regularly must be kept in front, and the rest at the back.  If you fail to pay your rental, your belongings will be foreclosed upon.  So make sure that you do not store things that are irreplaceable there, because they will be confiscated.  Before renting the unit, find out what the rules are if you default on the rental.  Some storehouses charge a fine for the late payment while others may totally confiscate your belongings.
