Markham storage units located in the great place of Ontario, Canada have things to clean on their property.  A self storage manager is a jack-of-all-trades and cleaning and fixing things is one of those tasks he or she must do.  Some of the larger self storage companies in the industry hire people to do these things, or they have people on their staff to do it.  These people are not always around though, and sometimes something must be fixed at this very moment.  We will give you the example of a storage roll up door being stuck, and a customer must get in it to get something out of it for their business.  A manager should know how to fix storage roll up doors on the spot at times.  If that manager must wait for someone else to come to fix it, the customer may get very angry, and move out later in the month.  We used to be managers for a very long time some years ago, and we could fix minor problems with storage roll up doors.  Door companies or staff members who are trained in that sort of thing should fix major problems.  In our time as self storage managers, we fixed a lot of doors on the spot, but we were trained to be able to do so.  We could also fix code boxes, computer malfunctions and other things needed to be fixed at that very moment.  This is very important stuff to know as to keep all your customers happy and satisfied.  A manager not taking the time learning some of this stuff, will suffer some where down the line as these problems come up sometimes on a weekly or monthly basis depending on how old the roll up doors are.  We have seen some very old roll up doors that had crooked tracks and bad rusty latches and ball bearings missing and everything in between.

Markham storage units in the great place of Ontario, Canada probably have a few bad roll up doors too.  Sometimes these doors must be taken out f the computer as storage units you can rent until they are fixed.  Another good idea, please do not rent a storage unit with a known bad door that is too hard to roll up or too tight for some of the older customers we might have.  Bad doors cause problems.  We managed a storage place in Florida once where most of the old doors were bad, and we spent many hours rigging them to work.  We could not afford to fix them all so we had to use our noggins a little to come up with good ideas to try to get them to work right.  The doors would sit on a sliding track and sometimes these tracks were crooked and the door would stick in the crooked part so as to keep them from closing.

Markham storage units located in the great place of Ontario, Canada might have a few bad doors.  Get them fixed or at least know how to deal with them in a timely manner.  You will lose business. Do not take the chance of older customers hurting themselves with doors too tight to use.  So be careful and good luck to all.
