Working Well Together

If you are blessed not to have to work on a daily basis, count your blessings. There are many people who would trade in their daily 9 to 5 job to do anything else but work. Of course they would still like to be compensated for their time, but not work on a daily basis to get it. At work everyone has a job to do and everyone gets upset when their neighbor is not doing the job they are supposed to do. It is up to the person in charge to ensure that the well oiled machine does not need any scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
For every business to succeed they need to have strong people at the top who are willing to make those tough choices and decisions. The people that are underneath those at the top might always respect nor understand the decisions that have to be made but they know they are for a reason. Hopefully the company that you work for does a good job communicating when and why changes happen. What happens when someone does not quite understand or like a change that has happened at the workplace?
It is good for every job to have a place or a way for a customer to say their peace without getting in trouble. They should be able say their opinion, respectfully, and get a response from the management team. If the people doing most of the busy work and the people doing most of the planning can find common ground and find some agreement the job seems a lot better. When people don’t mind coming to work and puts forth the best effort the company seems to succeed more than those companies that everyone has issues with one another.
